Aquilon Security LLC (“we”, “us”) operates aquilon.dev. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and how we use it.

When you sign up for an account, we collect: your name, email address, and payment information. Account management and payment processing are handled by Outseta, which may collect additional information in accordance with their privacy policy. We also collect standard server logs including IP addresses and browser information when you visit our website.
We do not collect any data from the Aquilon software itself. The product runs entirely on your infrastructure. No telemetry, no usage data, no file contents ever leave your servers.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and maintain your account, process payments, send service-related communications, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.
Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
We process your data based on: contract performance (to provide our services), legitimate interests (to improve our website and prevent fraud), and your consent (for optional marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time).
Your Rights
Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal information; request a copy of your data; opt out of marketing communications; and request we stop processing your data. California residents may also request disclosure of data sold or shared (we do neither).
