Common Questions
What's included in all plans?
Both editions include all 50+ built-in scanners for PII, credentials, financial data, healthcare info, and code secrets. You also get native osquery integration for SQL-based alert querying.
How does licensing work?
Basic is licensed per-server with a 5 server maximum. Enterprise is billed per seat and you can increase or reduce seats anytime in the Lemon customer portal. All licenses include updates and new scanner additions.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Basic to Enterprise at any time. Contact us and we'll prorate your existing license.
What's priority support?
Enterprise customers get direct access to our engineering team with guaranteed response times. Basic users have access to community support and documentation.
